You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Your data is secured to your account and cannot be accessed by other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Upload images or content that you do not own or have rights to use.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt other users' data or the Service's infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's underlying technology.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute credits or generated content without authorization.
• Use the Service to create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be perfect and may contain mistakes, artifacts, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before any use, distribution, or publication. PronarOS LLC d/b/a Velatier.ai is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Ownership and License

You retain ownership of images you upload to the Service. Generated images are licensed to you for your use, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any images used as references. PronarOS LLC d/b/a Velatier.ai retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

Payments and Billing

Subscription plans and credit packs are sold through Stripe. All sales are final — no refunds, no exchanges. See our Refund Policy for full details. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile page.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

PronarOS LLC d/b/a Velatier.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PronarOS LLC d/b/a Velatier.ai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
