No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.
PronarOS LLC ("we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy for all purchases made through Velatier.AI, including subscription plans (Starter, Pro) and credit packs (50, 200, 500 credits).
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, credit pack purchases, and any other paid features or services offered through the Service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
No Exchanges
Purchased credits and subscription plans cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to other products, plans, or monetary value. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable to other users.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing periods. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed at the time of AI image generation or enhancement. Once credits are consumed for a generation, they cannot be refunded or restored, regardless of whether the generated image meets your expectations. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be perfect and may contain mistakes or artifacts.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase violates this policy and may result in account suspension or termination. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through the Service before disputing with your payment provider.
